Your family time is almost zero
Your family feel neglected. Turning down some weddings for the distant relatives was acceptable but showing up late or not showing up at all is highly objectionable. Your excuse for being under enormous work pressure is not going to work anymore because they have listened to it so many times before. Be careful! If you don’t give enough time to your family and spouse, the empty space could be filled by someone else.

When you can’t checking your emails in bed, there is no wonder that you have trouble sleeping. The blue light from the screen of your phone disrupts your normal sleep cycle. Keep your phone and pagers at a distance while going to bed.
Your work even when you are sick
You are afraid to take a holiday even when you’re sick? There could be just two reasons — One, you are haunted by your boss and two, you are a workaholic. The first reason could be turned down but the second one is serious. And the solution is in your hands only. Listen to your body and take care of yourself.
