It’s sad to accept that the food that served not just as a favourite meal to millions but also as an instant tummy-filler has now been banned! But we believe in, where there’s a ban, there’s an alternative too. So, here’s a list of 10 instant breakfast recipes that are not just super easy to make but are also uber delicious!

Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients- (Serves-1)
Flour-3tbps
Cocoa powder-2tbps
Powdered sugar-2tbps
Milk-2tbps
Vanilla essence-3drops
Flavourless oil-2tbps
Peanut butter-1tbps
4-5 Chopped walnuts or almonds

Method
Take a small microwave bowl or cup and mix all the dry ingredients first. Now add the remaining ingredients (milk, vanilla, oil and peanut butter) and mix well. Check that no lumps have formed. Microwave it for 1-2 minutes depending on the oven. Serve it with a scoop of ice-cream or chocolate sauce. Delicious home-made brownie in minutes! Eggs-2
Grated cheese-2tsp
Chopped onion-1tbsp
Chopped tomatoes-1tbsp

Method
Put the eggs into a microwave bowl. Now add the rest of the ingredients one by one. Microwave it for about 2 minutes until the egg white turns a little hard. Take the bowl out after 2 minutes. You may sprinkle some chilli flakes or Italian seasoning for some extra flavour.

Pan-fried sausages

Ingredients- (Serves-2)
Chicken sausages-2-3
Chopped garlic-1tbsp
Onion- 1 chopped in rings
Red and Green Capsicum- 1 cup, shredded
Tomato ketchup-3tbsp
Vinegar-1tbsp
Sugar-1tbsp
Oil-4tbsp
Salt and pepper- according to taste

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry for 10-15 seconds. Add the chicken sausages and fry them for 3-4 minutes. Take the sausages out and keep them aside. Now add a little more oil to the pan and add the chopped onions and capsicum to it. Stir fry them well until the onions turn soft and golden. Add ketchup, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar to it. Now add the chicken sausages over them. Stir them for 1-2 minutes and serve.

Egg-1
Plain flour-4tbsp
Coffee-2tsp
Milk-2tbsp
Flavourless oil-1tbsp
Hot water-1tsp
Baking powder-1/4tsp

Method
Take a microwave bowl and mix the egg, oil and milk well. Dissolve the coffee in hot water and add it to the mixture. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt to the mixture and whisk well enough to get rid of any lumps. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes depending on the power of the oven. Strawberries- 1cup, chopped
Sugar-1tbsp
Vanilla extract-1/4tsp
Melted butter-1tbsp
Plain flour-3tbsp
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Crushed oats-1tbsp
A pinch of ground cinnamon

Method
In a microwave mug, mix the strawberries, sugar and vanilla together. Now place the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl to make the cobbler. Pour in the butter and mix the ingredients well. Pour in the cobbler topping over the strawberries. Microwave for 3-4 minutes. Super-juicy strawberry cobbler is ready in minutes!

Tortilla Egg and Potato

Eggs-2
Potato-2, cut into small cubes
Chopped Onions-1
Oil-1/3cup
Salt and pepper- according to taste

Method
Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl and keep it aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped onions and potatoes. Fry them for 2-3 minutes until the potatoes turn soft and golden. Take them out and put them into a saucepan. Add the eggs into the saucepan and mix well. Now take the frying pan and brush a little oil on the surface. Spread the egg mix evenly over the pan and heat on a lighter flame for 2 minutes. Gently turn over the brownish layer upside down (you may use a plate for this). Fry for 2 minutes more. Flour-4tbsp
Powdered sugar-2tbsp
Salt-1tsp
Baking powder-1tsp
Milk-1/2cup
Butter-1tbsp

Ice-cream-2 scoops

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (other than the honey and ice-cream). Take a little butter on a pan and spread the liquid mixture evenly over it. Shallow fry it till it forms a thin golden layer. The pancake is ready. Place it on a plate and serve it hot, topped with ice-cream and honey.

Chilli Garlic Bread Pizza

Bread-4pieces
Mozzarella Cheese-1/2cup
Black Pepper-1tsp
Chopped Green Chillies-1tbsp
Salt to taste
Grated Garlic-1tsp
Chopped Tomatoes-1/4cup
Coriander Leaves-1/4cup
Olive Oil-1tbsp

Method
Toast the bread slices lightly on a toaster. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Place the bread on an aluminium tray. Spread the mixture evenly on the bread slices and bake them for 2-3 minutes. Delicious cheesy bread pizza ready to be served!

Ripe mashed banana-around ⅓ of a banana
Honey-1tbsp
Flavourless oil-1tbsp
Vanilla extract-1/4tsp
Plain Flour-3tbsp
Baking powder-1/4tsp
A pinch of salt and cinnamon
Choco-chips/Raisins-5-6

Method
In a microwave bowl, put the banana, honey, oil and vanilla and mix them together well. To the mixture, add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and whisk them well until the mixture turns smooth. Top them with some choco chips or raisins and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy immediately!

Truffle Scrambled eggs

Eggs-2
Milk-20ml
Butter-1tbsp
Truffle salsa-3gm
Bread slices-2
Chopped onion-2tbsp
Chopped tomatoes-2tbsp
Salt and pepper-according to taste

Method
Whisk the eggs together with the milk, butter, salsa, salt and pepper. Add the chopped onions and tomatoes to the mixture. Heat a pan and add a little butter to it.
