Easy Chicken Stew Recipe Prepared For My Son Lin that Rocked
It’s a daunting task to feed your kid nutritious meals. And when it comes to vegetables, the task becomes so difficult that moms like me think that climbing the Mount Everest peak is much easier than feeding the kid.
Yes, I am true, ask any mom you know in your friend circle, in your neighbor or anywhere you want. And everybody will tell you the same story.
Being a mom, I was always worried about my kid Lin’s proper nutrition. Fast foods and junk foods were all that he craved for having for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I failed almost daily to feed him nutritious dishes and ended up feeding him noodles and burgers and French fries and all that had zero nutritious value.
But then I tried one trick. I thought of making a easy chicken stew recipe that will be tasty and also easy to make with many vegetables.
Trust me; my effort of making easy chicken stew recipe was a super-duper hit. Lin liked the stew so much that he said that he will eat vegetables only if I prepare this stew for him. Not only Lin but his father also liked the stew a lot. I never thought that reaching my hubby’s heart with this simple recipe would be so much easy.
Now I am sharing this easy Chicken Stew Recipe with you all so that you can add some health benefits to your kid’s food.
Whole wheat flour
Vegetables- Carrot, beans, papaya, cauliflower (optional),green peas, garlic, onion
1. First heat a frying pan.
2. Add one tablespoon white oil & butter in the pan.
3. Then add onion & garlic, fry for few mins.
4. Now add chicken pieces & the vegetables, salt & pepper and cook for 5mins.
5. Then add some whole wheat flour & stir continuously.
6. After the raw smell disappears, add some water. put the whole thing in a pressure cooker & wait for few whistles. Add milk & cook for 5-10mins. Serve hot
The whole thing (easy chicken stew) takes only 20 mins time for preparation and cooking. And the taste is just yummy. You will definitely like this. Moreover, you will be happy when you will find that your kid has taken atleast one healthy portion today.
